Custom Optical Breadboard Order Process
We offer a professional and flexible custom optical breadboard service. Please follow the seven steps below to ensure your breadboard meets your exact experimental or production requirements.
1. Provide Drawing or Sketch
Please provide a drawing or hand sketch of the breadboard, including the following key information:
- Material type (e.g., aluminum alloy, stainless steel, steel honeycomb core)
- Overall dimensions (Length × Width × Thickness)
- Hole pattern and thread specifications (e.g., M6, M4, 1/4"-20)
- Surface treatment requirements (e.g., blackening, anodizing, precision lapping)
2. Quotation
We will calculate the cost based on your drawing and issue a formal quotation, including:
- Unit price and total product cost
- Estimated shipping cost
- Recommended shipping method (e.g., sea freight, air freight, courier)
Both parties then agree on the final price and shipping details.
3. Send Proforma Invoice (PI)
After the price and shipping method are confirmed, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) detailing the product specifications, price, shipping cost, payment terms, etc.
4. Payment
We support multiple safe and convenient payment methods:

- Letter of Credit (L/C)

- Alipay / WeChat Pay (for domestic customers)
5. Production
Once payment is received, we will begin production immediately. The manufacturing process strictly follows your drawing requirements to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
6. Production Quality Inspection
After production, each breadboard undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection, including:
- Dimensional and flatness check
- Hole accuracy and thread inspection
- Surface quality and appearance check
A quality inspection report is available upon request.
7. Packing & Shipping
Qualified products will be packed with professional shockproof and moisture-proof materials to ensure safe transit. After shipment, we will provide:
- Tracking number / Bill of Lading
- Tracking link
- Estimated delivery date
